THE PROCESS
How It Works
From the moment a watch enters our hands to when it ships to you, here is exactly what happens.

Initial Visual Inspection
We examine every external surface under magnification — case, lugs, bezel, crystal, dial, hands, and bracelet — checking for correct Rolex finishing, correct part references, and any signs of tampering.

Movement Verification
Caseback removed, movement examined. We confirm the calibre matches the reference, check rotor engravings, movement finishing quality, and look for any unauthorized service parts or modifications.

Serial & Reference Cross-Check
Serial number verified against known databases and matched to the correct production era. Reference numbers on the case are checked against the stated model. Papers (when present) are cross-matched to the watch serial.

Timing & Water Resistance Test
We time the movement on a timegrapher to confirm proper regulation and assess water resistance condition before any watch is sold as a daily wearer.

Full Condition Report Issued
Every watch sold comes with a detailed written condition report covering case grade, bracelet stretch, crystal condition, bezel condition, and paper/box status. No surprises on arrival.

Every watch is authenticated in-house at our Buckhead showroom before it’s listed — caseback open, movement verified, serial numbers cross-checked, papers matched to the watch. Zack personally inspects every piece that comes through the door. And it’s backed by our money-back guarantee: if a watch we sold you is ever proven inauthentic, you get a full refund. In our history, it’s never happened — but the protection is always yours.
The price you see is our bank wire / cash price — already benchmarked against the live market, so there are no haggling games. Credit card payments add a 3.5% processing fee. Paying in crypto? You’ll get a 10% discount — call or text 346-800-4250 before checkout and we’ll set it up. Trading in a watch? We’ll quote it against the same market data.
Every order ships fully insured via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight with signature required — insurance covers the full value of the watch. Wire orders ship the business day your funds clear; card orders ship after a 24–48 hour verification. You’ll have tracking the moment it leaves our hands. In Atlanta? Skip the wait and pick up at our Buckhead showroom.
Most of our Rolex watches are under the 5-year mark and still carry the remainder of the factory warranty — and it follows the watch, not the owner, so any Rolex Authorized Dealer worldwide will honor it with the card. Unless a listing says otherwise, assume factory warranty applies. On top of that, every watch we sell is backed by our own 1-year store warranty.

Not all watches come as full sets, and we are transparent about this. Every listing clearly states whether a watch is complete (box and papers), partial set (papers only or box only), or watch only. Pricing reflects the completeness of each set.
